The South Carolina football team added to its' 2014 recruiting class as 4our-star cornerback Wesley Green (Lithonia, Ga./Martin Luther King Jr.) has pledged to sign with the Gamecocks.
This is great addition to the class and will strengthen the secondary as Green is a well-rounded player with good speed and good hands. Green is ranked the No. 27 cornerback in the country and No. 31 prospect in Georgia by 247Sports.
The 5-foot-11, 170-pound prospect committed to South Carolina this past Friday over offers from Clemson, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida and Auburn among many others.
